In this program, we are nurturing a community of empathetic youth change-makers who serve as role models for children, advocate for their community's needs, and drive upward economic and social mobility in their villages.

• Leadership Development in Youth- To build confidence and leadership among rural youth, we provide resources, regular training, and workshops on topics such as leadership, decision-making, and soft skills, including digital literacy (basic computer skills) and effective communication.
• Awareness Sessions- Discussions on important civic principles and values are conducted with youth through workshops, games and documentaries. It helps them develop a deeper understanding of the local governance system at the village, block, and district levels and keep them aware of their rights, duties, and schemes that benefit them and their community.
• Field experience and documentation- Youth will gain meaningful field experience and learn to document insights from their social projects and lived experiences. This process helps them develop their articulation skills, reflect on their journey, and learn from their experiences.
• Connecting with the community- Through this journey, youth will actively connect with different communities in their villages. They will understand and acknowledge their issues, and organise awareness sessions to inform them about existing vital government schemes, making an effort to provide access to those government benefits.
• Exposure visits and interactions with experts- The youth will also have opportunities to visit eminent institutions, where they will meet and interact with subject experts who will help them develop their perspectives on important issues.
